Check your brake fluid level.

Check for leaks around the fluid reservoir and master cylinder.

Look for any visible leaks from under the car, you may have a burst or leaking flexi hose or brake pipe.

If the brake fluid level is ok and there are no leaks from anywhere under the car it's probably the seals in the master cylinder have failed and are now letting fluid pass, this will give a sinking brake pedal when pressure is applied.


Please take the time to enter your vehicle details in the "What's current in your garage?" box.

To do this:
Hover over the "TOOLS" tab at the top of the page
> then in the dropdown click on "User Dashboard"
> click on "Edit Your Details" at the top Left hand side.
> scroll down to the "What's current in your garage?" box and enter your vehicle details.
> Once the details are entered scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes"

> Done.
