Hey Coxy

I got mine from here

Renault - Pioneer Steering interfaces -

I bought the "182" (which is for up to Dec 2004) because my old unit said "Tuner List" despite being in a 2005 car. Most of the controls work except the rotary control. It works (up and down) for the radio presets but not for CD tracks.

I'm not sure if you're supposed to get display info or not but I don;t - except for "Pioneer" flashing briefly on start up.

I've just ordered the other interface "184" for 2005 on vehicles because (until your post) I didn't realise that the later cars still had that yellow mini-ISO connector.

Regarding the connector - yes, it is a 3.5mm stereo headphone jack.

I also found this -

Car Audio Direct - The UK's leading car audio and stereo resource. ICT 29-800 steering/stalk control adaptor - InCarTec ICT-29800

You have to buy that and then a connector for your brand of head unit - £4.95.
