laguna 2 Abs fault

Hi folks,

I recently took on the task of sorting my brother in laws abs fault on his 02 plate 1.8 laguna dynamique..He had his lower wishbone on the passenger side and somehow the mechanic damaged the abs sensor.
I decided whilst apart I would replace the wheel bearings so both fronts have new sensor retainer rings And I have fitted two replacement sensors as well.
All four sensors give me a 550 mv resistance and, whilst connected to the cars harness
Give me a 0.5volt output.
However, there is no AC variation when spinning either of the fronts and the speedo, fed from pass sensor isn't working either.
Am I missing something because I cannot even get the speedo to register even though the self-test confirmed it's working.
I did check the resistance at the connector to the car but don't know what I should get.
Any help please???
