The complete water pump will have to be replaced,as will the cambelt.Together with the time to bleed the coolant system I wouldn't be surpised if a Renault dealer would charge £500 for the job as a whole.I would seriously consider a good independant garage,as long as they have the proper timing locking kit to do the job.
