Twist brake piston or just push?

Hi guys. I have just ordered some new pads for my rear brakes on my 2002 1.6i Megane Scenic. It is my first time trying this. I have been reading as much as I can find and was just unsure of one thing, and that is whether my specific model needs me to just push the brake piston back in, or to twist and push? Thanks. Neil
