So if I am correct they replace the throttle and pedal but still the problem exists ?

again today and hassle them like hell for an answer. Do not give up, do not be fobbed off.
Tell them your car is needed for your work or business and that you must have an answer within 24hrs or you will take the matter further.
It is ridiculous that Renault are selling a car that they do not know how to fix !
Stick to your guns and don't be afraid to persist. Remain polite and you should get some results. Customer service should be prompt and well informed.
