From my complaining to reanult uk they suggested to me they would consider help if the car was under 5 years and done 72k I was 1k out of this limit and 3 months when called. used to think never touch a ford but now i think the same of renault
I too would not buy anotehr Renault. Don't get me wrong, I love my Laguna. Smooth, well-equipped, and bar the first year (under warranty thankfully) not much has gone wrong.
But when it does go wrong it is either over-complex and therefore expensive to fix or the Renalut main dealers give atrocious service. I mean, totally appalling.
Will stick to Jap or German next time. Yes, I'm afraid I'm gonna join that boring bunch with little imagination and go for a safe-bet car whilst I may lose some motor-personality in the process.
