Remove split pins ....... tap sliding plates through with a light hammer and screwdriver until they are free (they tend to only come out one way if theres a locating tang in the end) ..... then caliper can be lifted and rotated away from the carrrier allowing the pads to be extracted.
On refitting some gentle levering with the screwdriver on the caliper may be necessary to get the plates to slide back into place. Make sure you remember which way up the plates go because although both sides look the same one side is a fraction wider than the other (the split pin hole is a handy reference) as its confusing when one plate fits in but the second one doesn't
