Stick with it mate:
Just keep an eye on total spend, what you paid for the car and its value.
When I bought mine (paid twice as much as you)
1. had a leak in the boot
2. Air con did not work
3. few other minor items (incl refit rear door trims)
Always worse at the start as you don't know what else you will find.
But none of this has put me off the car.
I guess you major - is getting the gearbox sorted.
The seat and stereo - annoying but you will eventually get to the bottom of these. (pardon the pun)
The Key card - find someone other than Renault for this.
I am an Espace man through and through (Jeremy Clarke would say I've given up on life). In hindsight (and if i had seen this forum) I would probably pay more and get one with warranty. On the other hand there is a draw to take a certain risk and beat the odds - i.e. I never take out warranties on washing machines, TVs etc.
