Renault Laguna 2 - Undertray Bolts Snapped

I was going to do an oil change on my Laguna 2 1.9 DCI estate at the weekend, but in the action of undoing the bolts on the plastic undertray, a couple loostened but then just kept turning as if the bolt behind had sheered, so I couldn't get them out. I stopped at that point

From what I could see they appear to fasten into the Aluminium subframe, therefore dont know whether they have corroded and now even with new bolts wont fasten back into the sub frame or what. Should I cut them off an get new ones . ?

Has anyone any ideas or experienced this before ?
