Had new rear disks & pads fitted a couple of months ago and the problem arose shortly afterward. Started just a very annoying squeal and progressed to starting to bind and getting a rather warm offside wheel.
I suppose whilst the thing is stripped down might just as well replace nearside rear as well.
Hell of a price though aren't they. I was so shocked I just had to go and pour myself a glass of wine. (for medicinal purposes you understand).
Now that sound like a sticking calliper piston alright..are you handy enough to take the calliper off for an inspection and strip down ?
