I can't remember many new pad sets where a little dressing of the edges wasn't needed, even if only to clean off the paint blobs.
Certainly calipers usually need a decent clean up.
And depending where Enessa got them fitted, anyone's guess on whether slammed in with a hammer or decently fitted with appropriate cleaning and grease.

Very important to grease the offending item when you return it to the offending tradesman.
It'll still make their eyes water but does slip in easier
