can you ask friends and family ,which garage they use,if they are happy,then try the garage they recommend ,,,not all garages will have you over,,but if you look through the forum ,,(use the search section )there is lots of info on how to remove your top cover to see where the spark plugs are , when you say it wont start,,does it try to start ,but wont ,or eventually it will start,,,The green flag man,would say that as you have been trying to get it go and the battery would be lazily turning the engine over,...Did he manage to get it going for you?Does the car drive ok when its running ,,ie all the power there,,or is it holding back slightly,,Does it start ok once you have got it running ie once its started you can leave it a few hours and it will start,,any info of the symptoms you can give,might seem a bit daft as you reed this,could well point people on here to give you a better understanding what to check,,
