I have some experience with aftermarket warrantys(as part of my job) and usually they will only cover things that are not classed as WEAR and TEAR.If you read through any warranty booklet then there are always things that are not covered so be aware. One particular warranty company specifies that a car under their policy should be serviced every 6months or 6,000 miles and if just one stamp is missing from the book then the warranty is void!.They will do anything(and I mean anything) to avoid paying out.
