Depends on what the issue is.
A grinding when braking is usually brake pads but pads alone won't usually put up ABS fault.
May put up brake fault if they have wear sensors built in but dunno if yours have.
Common ABS fault is cracked ABS (reluctor) ring or the sensor that reads it dirty or broke.
If you aren't confident doing yourself, most garages can cope so you can avoid the dealership.
Small independent places are often cheapest.

But first identify the problem and then shop around for prices.
