Check that the inner pad retaining wires on the back of the pad are located correctly in the grove of the piston.

Do you do a low mileage with the car standing for a couple of days without moving?

Strangely enough I have the same problem on my car except it's on the outside edge of the disc, I've never changed the caliper guide pins / rubbers so it could be them but you would think even if they were worn the pad pressure would pull the caliper straight?

Hover over the "TOOLS" tab at the top of the page
> then in the dropdown click on "User Dashboard"
> click on "Edit Your Details" at the top Left hand side.

> Done.
