Hi zsangyal, that would be my guess as well. I'd check all the obvious one the main ground straps etc then start looking at the light clusters and the brake light switch for earth issues.
Esp if there has been any work done in these areas (accident damage or even just a bulb change), as it could be a trapped wire that chaffed through and now causing the problem ... this is common where the clusters are held in with one or two screws from inside the car, its easy to get this bolt/screw damaging the loom.
