How far out of warranty is your car ?
Maybe you feel it will be hard work but I would try an attempt at contact
for a contribution to the repair costs. Also do not forget to have the
valve cleaned or replaced..

First thing is get a parts list and start pricing up the job or looking for non- renault but equavilent parts..
If anyone has had their
replaced by Renault and still has the service paperwork could you offer a parts list with the Ren Part Numbers pls ??
