Thanks for the prompt reply.
Now that i know there is no choke on deisel engines thats not what i'm lookin for,the problem i'm having is of an intermitent nature.
It's hard to explain but i'll try my best!.
With the engine cover removed i am looking down on the engine,on the left hand side their is a component that is bolted on to the engine that looks a lot like a 'choke'it is round and has a piston inside which has a linkage attached to it,thats about as accurate as i can be.
Now,the problem is that occationaly this thing jams open and as a result the car wont start.
As i have said it only happens every now and again but whe it does it will do it several times a day.
Can anyone help?,,,,PHEW.....
