Renault customer services
today and they basicly told me that the warranty decision is final and they will not investigate the claim any further.
They also would not give me contact details for there warranty department. i asked for an email address but they said I would get the same response as over the phone!
I attempted to remove the wing to look for any whitness marks on the inside but was foxed by the small bolt on the arch that hold the liner on, i didn't have the right alen key!
It makes me feel regretful about buying a Renault now and thats a shame because i like the car
