Your Turbo may be covered under warranty by a YELLOW OTS. The turbo failures are a well know problem in Renault..
To qualify you must have FULL documented Service history, the vehicle must be less than 4 years old and less than 90K miles..

However if you have to do it yourself you must also replace

1: The Intercooler.
2: The Turbo High Pressure and Low Pressure oil feed pipes
3: The Air inlet pipe from the airbox to the Turbo (to stop bits of turbine blade that may have come of the old turbo getting sucked into the new one. Cleaning this pipe is NOT sufficient to ensure that metal parts are not stuck in the pipe serations)

You MUST remove all the Air pipes to/from the turbo /intercooler and clean them of all oil residue.

Then Replace the oil filter and fill with Clean 5W40 Fully synthetic Oil ..
