Have you switched the rear wiper motor on while the glass is up? If the motor is OK the motor rotor should turn.
I did manage to free my rear wiper when it seized by cleaning all the crud from under the rubber washer on the wiper spindle and using copious amounts of WD40, it has worked OK now for over a year.
There have been cases in the forum of these rear windows breaking whilst just driving along so be careful how you treat it.
A problem well stated is a problem half solved !
