The abs is cutting in because the tyres are loosing grip
not the brakes are not strong enough, better pads will
make the brakes feel lighter and the initial bite will be better
but the abs will still cut in when the tyres loose grip, if
the 111 is anything like the Clio 11 the abs does seem
to cut in early but you really need to talk to someone that
knows what they are about just fitting pads will make
them feel more powerful but will likely not make a lot of
difference to braking distance, sticky tyres will help but
wear out quick, if you are doing track days then you will
likely find someone with the same car and you can ask
them who they recommend if you are braking this hard
on the road then it is likely it will end in trouble.

Who would design a vehicle that falls over when you stop?
