This sounds very familiar.....
We have had a lot of Lag 2 1.8 petrol owners complaining of throttle problems,and originally if the
was replaced the problem was remedied.Then the problem would come back,and they generally had to have a new
.....but no explaination was ever given as to why.....I think you have just told us!.
Depending on the state of the connections,they might be savable,but if they are too bad,then the plug will need to be replaced.....and guess what,the plug isn't available seperately and you will need a new loom!.This can be very expensive.....
I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
