No reason to apologise Noel ... I think there are at least 3 different types of sunroof on the Clio1's

1/ Manual, Britax type tilt or remove .. 2 hinges at the front and a "clamp" handle at the back on a 2 part frame that is bolted/screwed/rivited to a hole in the roof.

2/ Manual, much more complex tilt and slide very similar to the electric version but uses a rotating handle to operate.

3/ Electric tilt and slide as above but electric operation.

I'd guess that versions 2 and 3 have drains and version 1 doesnt.

I'm quite willing to be wrong on 1 or 2 but I've had a Clio1 with an electric roof (3) and it had drain holes ....

I think your right though we need some pictures ...

Why is it the older I get .... the better I think I was ?
