Time to get tough! Your car will be covered by the scheme if:

a) It is a 1.9 dCi

b) The mileage is less than 90,000

c) The services have been carried out according to schedule by a Renault dealer (I suspect that with the Block Exemption changes, this criterium could be challenged - namely as long as the service was according to the car's schedule and genuine Renault parts were used, the service should be seen as acceptable).

Does your car meet these criteria? If, at the end of the day, you are going to buy a new Garrett turbo , get in touch with Turbo Technics but quite frankly your car should be deemed to fall into the scheme parameters set by RenUK.
