The posting from Ian Gary Price puzzles me because the hand book indicates what pressure valve goes on each wheel by colours. This also is confirmed by Noel the idea being that if they are on the correct corner colour wise the system will detect them. Also the picture showing in the vehicle will indicate which tyre is punctured or valve faulted. So I can't see a problem. As Noel says the coloured rings are to assist you in knowing which corner the valve goes on. Technically all the valves are identical and in the bag is the 4 coloured rings for the user to put on.
The combinations are-
Green Front Left Tyre
Yellow Front Right Tyre
Red Rear Left Tyre
Black Rear Right Tyre
I have had problems with tyre sensors and posted previously my problems and solutions. Thankfully I have had no problems in this field for some time.
Hope this helps.
