I don't know if your
is about to blow, but I certainly don't think it's all that wise pulling plus 3000 RPM on a cold engine. I understand the
starts cutting in at a reduced level at around engine speeds of 1500 RPM when you hit 2000 RPM the
is going full chat at around 150,000 RPM. I wouldn't want it to be doing that from cold. Like Donald I'm no teki either, but it would be interesting to know if the car still gives out grey smoke at normal working temperatures.
Touch wood, I've only ever seen white smoke when I had 2 glow plugs go down on the prior Lag 1, which would indicate to me un-burnt diesel.
