Renault Clio 2 - Alternator Tensioner*FIXED*

I have just changed the timing belt on my 1999 1.6 RXE Clio.
I am having difficulty fitting the auxilary and alternator belts. Does anyone know how to loosen the alternator belt.
The one fitted to the car, is a wheel that rests on the belt, there is a bolt that looks to adjust it, but when I loosen it, the tensioner does not move. There looks to be an allen bolt in the centre of the tensioner wheel, so do I need to undo this. This is really tight on, so I am a bit worried if I force it that the wheel or the tensioner will break.
Has anyone any ideas.
