Hello & Welcome to the Forums Lyndon.

Seems a common problem due to their location it is often the case that the wires/contacts corrode or the horns themselves pack up due to water/dirt ingress.

Use the Forums search facility input - Laguna horn and it should throw up a wealth of info for you on their location and such.
