Angry Accident Repairers good or bad?

Just got my Lag II back from the crash repair centre and have had to return it as their repairs are terrible to be polite. They have not pulled all of the creases out of the spare wheel well, the new bumper (which is scratched to hell too) does not match the rest of the car as does the new boot and it's not been re-aligned properly so pulls to one side. And the filler and sealant has not been rubbed and smoothed down properly AAAARRRGGGHHHH

So i just wondered if anyone else has had a bad experience and what the worst 'repair' youv'e had is?
