hi,sorry did not realise you lived that far away,i will have a look around for you and see if i have got anything that will help you,one way you can try is to get some platercine and make a well around the nut/shaft then fill it up with wd 40 or other penetrating
,let this sit for as long as you can,then try to shift it.have you tried two flat blade screwdrivers underneath the arm on opposing sides and try to lever it off.
