yesterday afternoon approaching a roundabout turning right then left to join slip onto motorway i nearly hit a ford focus.the idiot undertook me.i would just like to remind the good people of this forum the dangers of undertaking a hgv artic.when an artic is turning right the driver cannot see what is happening on the nearside behind because the front of the trailer veers outwards blocking vision.same happens when tuning left you cannot see what is happening on right hand side.also bear in mind the lengh a 45foot trailer plus the unit =53 feet a couple of seconds between life and injury or possible death i hope the latter never happens.
SAFE DRIVING EVERYONE
