Smile Hopefully my last word on screenwash and power steering :)

As a public service to anyone who finds themselves with a power steering system full of emulsified gunk, either by accident or design

Just got a quote from my local garage:

50 (inc. labour) for a power steering flush/refill

They've also quoted me 120 (again, including labour) for a cambelt/tensioner change. They didn't say whether these prices included VAT (I guess not) but even if they don't, less than 200 for the whole lot seems very reasonable to me.

Hopefully this little snippet will help people to avoid getting ripped off
