I'm 99.9% sure that the windows are bonded to the bodywork.It is extremly difficult to remove them without damaging either the window glass or the surrounding body paintwork.Even if you could remove them in one piece you'd need special adhesive to stick them back in with and this is only usually available to those in the trade.
I would seriously recommend that you don't attempt to do this yourself!.You would be better off contacting a window specialist as it wouldn't be an expensive job to do,certaintly cheaper than if you broke the window taking it out or having to have the 1/4 panel resprayed if you scatched it.
Why do you want to take them out?Is it to fit window tinting film?

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
