Cheers Mad noel & Sparky.
The resistor is fine, I even replaced it with a new one to make doubly sure. I believe there is a break in the power cable as having tested it there is no power getting to the motor. Problem with that is there is no way in which I can follow the said cable without taking half the dash and engine bay out. I am waiting to have enough money for an auto electrician do work his magic but in the mean time just rig a DIY circuit to at least get the motor running when I want it to.
If it all goes wrong at least it is only gonna be my circuit which fry's and not the blower motor hence the fuse in the circuit
