Soft tyre = Flashing yellow "flat tyre" light and the SERV light, plus the corresponding tyre(s) in the display.

On very cold mornings mine often shows "flat tyre" light, SERV light and all 4 tyres flashing in the display, but it usually clears after a few miles.
If you've fixed the puncture/blew the tyre up then driving for a few miles resets the warning lights. The valves, as far as I understand, have some sort of hydrostatic charge type thing about them so driving the car charges them.
Mine seems sensitive to the pressure being low, so I've got them 1-2psi high.
