Laguna - Navteq CD

Bit of a whinge but would appreciate your view. I have a Laguna as a company car managed by Leaseplan. My Satnav has stopped working - screen shows map ok but when selecting a destination, I get a grey message and no directions appear. Renault have checked the SatNav and say the Unit works ok and that as there are scratches on the CD, it must be the CD. I have not yet tried to gte a copy but suspect they're right. Leaseplan tell me that it'll cost me 130 for a replacement CD. My view is Why ? - it's no different from a bulb needing replacement for example. According to Leaseplan this is the industry standard response. I don't believe I should have to pay for wear & tear on a disk. If I had lost it then fine, pay for new one, but I don't see that I should pay for replacement. HAs anyone had a similar experience or should I just stump up. Would appreciate your thoughts
