Owelly you have so much to learn! Being charged to fix the fault is not the problem, its being charged to NOT fix the problem. Its about 2 yrs since this problem started for me. After several trips to a few different Renault main dealers and a few to non Renault places, the car has remained parked beside my house, with all of the same problems waiting to reappear as soon as car is driven for anything longer than a few minutes. Goodluck to all of you that have this problem, unless UK garages are a lot better than Irish ones you'll need it. And if anyone finds the answer Please, please let me know.
