Hello Nigel D and welcome to the forums.
As lagdti suggested, it may be beneficial to input your cars details in your profile screen to enable other members to be able to help you more efficiently.
However, with regard to sunroof drain holes there would normally be either two or four. You can locate them at each corner of the sunroof. The front two are easy enough to see but the back two are more difficult as they are hidden by the sunroof itself. If you carefully remove the trim around the interior of the sunroof and pull the roof lining down, again carefully, you should be able to see tubes coming from the corners. Firstly check to ensure all the tubes are in place, if they are, a few people have recomended using some old net curtain wire, less hoops or hooks, to push down the tubes to clear any obstructions.
The exit to these tubes is normally behind the front and rear wheels at the arch.
Hope that helps some.
