Just spoke to them and they have confirmed that the plan wouldn't include things like timing belt change and that the plan is tied to one dealership.
However, it's on a monthly direct debit and can be cancelled anytime. There is no contract.

I'm planning to speak with the sales rep who sold the car to me, and get some more details before making a decision.

It just seems reasonable to me at 10 to 12 per month. They also pick up the car from my address or work and give me a courtesy car as replacement during the time my car is being serviced.
