Renault Laguna 1 - Removing Heated Screen Switch

Hi there, I need to remove the heated front screen switch from the Automatic Climate Control panel in order to trace a fault.

According to the Haynes you seem to need to remove the centre console then the radio etc to remove the complete panel.

My question is can the switches be levered out from the front or does the panel need to be removed to get to the back of the switches?

Also, does anyone have a wiring diagram for the heated windscreen?

The Haynes diagram is the usual chocolate teapot job - doesn't even show the switch, let alone the right colour code!

Thanks guys.
