Scenic 3 tyre/wheel size depends on brake discs size, which in turn depends on engine size/power output. You can't put 16" alloy wheel on 1.6dCi (you may try finding special rims, but I'm not sure) or 2.0dCi (certainly not on Grand).
The smallest rims are 16" on 1.6 petrol & they go with 205/60 tyres, and 17" are default for mine 1.6dCi - 205/55/17XL, which is an inch more than ten year old compact cars, e.g. 2007 golf mk5 (205/55/16).

Mine had 78000 km (~50000miles) after just 18 20 months. Now it has 90 000 miles (146 000km) and it's just shy of 32 months.
