Only way I know mate is a slide hammer.
You'd need to drill or spot weld to the sill and pull the dent out as much as you can. May need to hammer bits back in if you over pull!
Then sand, Rust proof, Fill and spray!
If its too distorted you may need a replacement sill! A bodyshop can fix dents to a better finish than a competant DIY'er mind
Cash jobs are usually under £150 for that!
