Without sounding cheeky is this your first car ..first time for an MOT if so before you go pay attention to these points
Ask friends and family to recommend an MOT station as there are many who will fail and give you an estimate to repair may be genuine may be heres a mug
A lot of cheaper MOT centres make money by deliberately fail on what most would say was an advisory to increase profits
Its a sea of sharks out there ready to take your money
