Yes I am fussy ..and I would inspect the front and rear surfaces as noel has already said..from what I can see the front face shows ware at the outer edge with corrosion ..grooves on an area of the front face so the face would have differing depths..the rear face might be even worse so an unknown factor..if you fitted new pads to the disc they would not contact the whole area of the disc 100% so you wouldnt get 100% braking efficiency..
