Hi Saxon.

On the Laguna II you press the unlock button once to open the drivers door, and then press again straight after to open all the other doors.

Its a safety feature to prevent people jumping into the car when you get in on your own. So I would say its working as it should. VW cars have been like this for a number of years.

It can be switched off, but by Renault only via their CLIP computer.
