Yet another cold start problem.

Hi Folks.

I own a Kangoo 1.5Dci van which starts perfectly in any conditions apart from when the temperature is at or below freezing. If the van has been parked up over night or outside work all day and the temp is at or below 0 degrees C. I have to switch the ignition on and off repeatably until the glow plug light comes on. When it does finally come on and goes out, the van will start and will continue to start until the next morning/evening when it's frosty.
Any suggestions anyone?

I did see that someone had had a similar problem when I first visited the site but haven't been able to find the thread since joining and do apologise if this has all been talked about already.
