Hi robotworks, to me it seems your problem is not with the immobiliser but either with the battery on your car or possibly a faulty starter motor.
Before we go any further, get a good set of jump leads on to your battery from another car. This will give it the power required to turn the starter motor. Even if your car battery is ok, you will still get a boost of power from the other car.
We need to get the engine turning at full starting speed to rule this out before we can point fingers at the immobiliser.
