Just got my laguna back from the bodyshop after some doddery old plonker reversed into it and coursed similar damage to yours. The repair was done at a vauxhall dealership and its the worsted repair Ive ever seen!. I picked it up at 5 last night so couldn't really see it to well untill this morning. Headlight not flush with wing and grill and the plastic inner wing protectors not secured and just left to flap around!, Im not happy!
It is unusual for a dealer to have their own body shop these days. Work is usually subbed out to a specialist body shop. Even thought someone at the dealer may inspect and write an estimate, they may work for the sub-contractor.
If you are unhappy with the standard of repair then tell the insurer. If they are a decent company then they will be concerned and may want to inspect the car themselves before asking for it to be put right.
